FAQ

What is coaching?
Coaching creates a powerful dynamic relationship between two people. However, rather than instruct, advise or problem solve, my job is to ask questions, listen and empower. My clients are already great and don’t need fixing. I provide support to enhance the skills, resources and creativity my clients already have to achieve extraordinary results. We take a look at what’s working in your life to give you more of that, and what’s not working in your life to get you less of that.
Simply put, coaching is about getting you more of what you want and less of what you don’t.
What is Co-active® coaching?
Co-active® Coaching integrates three foundational principles that together serve to enhance the quality and results experienced in the coaching client’s life and work.
- Fulfillment – deriving deep meaning and satisfaction from life
- Balance – viewing the world from an empowered stance making powerful choices and taking effective action
- Process – fully experiencing the richness of any given moment of life or work.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy tends to focus on a person’s past, in order to bring them into their present state of living. Coaching focuses on a person’s present state of living, in order to bring them into their future state of living. Coaching is all about where you are right now and moving forward from that space—bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to go.
How much does coaching cost?
Different coaches charge different rates. My rates are here, if you’re ready to explore.
Why are your rates lower than other coaches I’ve seen?
I became a coach to help people rediscover what’s great about who they are and run with that. My goal is to provide quality coaching for people who are ready to make the investment in themselves to move forward and live their greatest lives. I want to work with people who want to grow, not just people who can afford to pay what my coaching is worth.
To discuss whether or not I’m the right coach for you, contact me to chat. No obligation. Seriously.
