Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching is not therapy. Therapy tends to focus on a person’s past, in order to bring them into their present state of living. Coaching focuses on a person’s present state of living, in order to bring them into their future state of living. For further clarification, feel free to contact me.

Designed Alliance

You and I will create a foundation for our sessions. You’ll tell me who you are and how you operate, and how you work best with accountability. I’ll tell you how I generally work and we’ll create a relationship based on your individual life and wants, which is essentially based on respect for your values, you as my client, and me as your coach.

Coaching Relationship

The relationship that you and I build. This should be a safe place for you to create the world that you want to live in. We will honor your values and grow together as we learn about you and where you’re headed.


The voices in your head, on your shoulder, in your life that dictate what you should and shouldn’t do without really knowing the stakes. Gremlins judge you and make decisions for you “in your best interest.” Gremlins can overrun your life if you don’t address them square on. I can work with you to reveal your Gremlins, and then give you the tools to dismantle them as you see fit.
