A 20- to 30-minute consultation (via phone or in person) to discuss where you are in life, the basics of Co-Active Life Coaching, and determine whether our chemistry is right for us to work together. Discovery Session

One 2-hour Discovery Session. This session the initial coaching session where we Design our Alliance: this is the foundation of our Coaching Relationship. We’ll go over your values, and determine which area(s) in your life you wish to be coached in based on those values, to help you really understand who you are (which is at the core of coming to understand who you want to become). We’ll begin to get in touch with who you want to become, and define what’s keeping you from getting there. Bi-Weekly Sessions

Two 45-minute bi-weekly sessions. Payable each month, in advance. $200 per month. Contact me for package options and discounts..

Monthly Sessions

Four 45-minute weekly sessions. Payable each month, in advance. $400 per month. Contact me for package options and discounts.

Lesbian Couples Coaching:

Three 45-minute one-on-one sessions for you and for her (held separately), plus two 45-minute couple sessions. Payable each month, in advance. $750 per month.  Contact me for package options and discounts.

Group Coaching:

Four 60-minute weekly sessions for groups of 4. Payable each month, in advance. $150 per person per month (must have 4 persons in group). Contact me for package options and discounts.
