Whether you’re keeping a journal or writing as a meditation, it’s the same thing. What’s important is you’re having a relationship with your mind.

Meditation is personal. Don’t let anyone tell you how to do it “right.”

Write it. Think it. Silence it. Sit it. Stand it. Dance it.

However you’re doing, it’s right. Even if you feel like it’s not.

It’s all data.

Keep at it.

Keep building that relationship.
